Most capitalism defenders will circlejerk all day about their carrots but refuse to acknowledge the sticks in their system.
Edit: or theyll say bad things arent because of capitalism, or theyll justify bad things out of settler colonialism, sexism, etc. rather than out of a purely capitalist persective.
I once explained neoliberalism as the ideology that tried to save money by selling the carrot but then it found out it had to spend money to invest in a bigger stick.
