The only downside is all of my friends are SUPER scared of acid (compared to other drugs) for some reason and idk why, but I really want company when I do it sometimes

If you want to trip with your friends, try shrooms instead. Lots of people that are relatively uninformed about drugs will be frightened of LSD because "it's a synthetized chemical" but will have a much more accepting view of mushrooms ("they grow naturally ! it's even kinda legal in Holland").
