I’ve always wanted to get into either sailing or falconry but both are such rich hobbies and I can’t afford the entry price

    Where I'm at we have basically no legit BBQ, haven't seen any trucks doing it either. I've got recipes I've perfected over time too that I just call grub, like jalapeño bacon mac and cheese lightly smoked, I also have other sides like stuffing(dressing) with some extra veg and stuff like breakfast sausage or honey ham. Just basically like comfort food in a sense, but just with a bit of my own style on jt.

      that sounds awesome. maybe you could try a pop up, and see whether there's an audience for it / also start building a following? I keep seeing that couple on reddit in kitchen confidential who started a dumpling pop-up in Milwaukie last month and have sold out every weekend in less than 10 minutes.

        Yeah that is a better idea to get it off the ground really, appreciate the suggestion, I look into if I can find something like that around here
