This is fucking insane. Of all the things in the new stimulus, this one is just nuts.

They basically are bailing out Hollywood I guess for suffering from the pandemic and bad economy. Now copyright laws are about to get even more insane.

This is the kind of shit we get with "tough on crime" Dems.

    nothing will fundamentally change. No pirate streaming service operates in the US anyway.
