    Process improvement is important. Clearly something went wrong that a small group of people were able to go rogue and just helicopter-dick around a (presumably) non-trivial amount of cash on a unilateral adventure that de facto amounts to paying for harming (or even dooming) your product’s image in this new growth market. Depending on the costs involved, this even may be of interest to your controller and we’re not even starting to consider the liability risk space for this sort of cavalier attitude.

    But mostly fuck them for thinking they could guilt you into breaking the agreement on the holiday work thing.
