The new covid relief bill increases military spending by about 5 billion dollars. If instead of giving that money to the military, we could split it evenly between chapo users and each pocket a cool 420k.

I myself am a bit of an ascetic, and would be willing to settle for a mere $69k
Could give every person in this country a million dollars of that bill and still have a billion dollars for bombs and airplanes and race horses.
