Ngl one of Dore's only redeeming traits is how angry he is. We need more angry leftist voices are needed. They make me feel like I'm not crazy for being pissed off at capitalism all the time.

SO much of the lyin' news media is gaslighting to make you less angry than you should be--or more often, to redirect your anger towards a vulnerable scapegoat. Anger is a revolutionary impulse.

If Jimmy Dore were a poster on chapo dot chat, he would have been banned for transphobia long ago.

You know it, I know it, we all know it.

This was a hillarious moment to watch, Jimmy was on the grey zones live stream this week and Ben Norton asked him to read Lenis "state and revolution" since it was relevant to what is happening now. Jimmy made a joke about reading books, so I was actally suprised to see him pick it up and start referencing it in his covid stimulus segment.

He bought a millions-dollar house, for one

He gins up people's anger to get clicks and thus money. He seems to say whatever he thinks will make his viewer base the most angry.

Idk man, the stuff he goes on about isn't exactly what I'd get angry about reading posts here. For all the valid criticisms of AOC and "progressive" electoral politics, he spends way too much time attacking people who really shouldn't be priorities for attack, who really don't have much power relative to those who are really in charge. I don't believe he's a CIA plant, don't get me wrong, but he acts the way a CIA plant would.

A CIA plant would be pushing for regime change in Syria, Venezuela, Bolivia, etc. JD is generally anti-imperialist.

Like I said, I don't actually believe he's a CIA plant, although I don't think the CIA would be dumb enough to try to hoodwink leftists with someone who supports regime change.

Anti-imperialism shouldn't be the only bar

trying to hoodwink leftists with someone who supports regime change is exactly what the CIA would do, and does

Nomiki Konst. Between her weird-ass "training" in Libya, sudden relevance out of nowhere, and consistent russiagate/pro-NATO takes, wouldn't be surprised if she was an op. Also, what the CIA wouldn't be stupid enough to do is try to appeal to leftists with a white male boomer.

I'll have to admit, I haven't seen this kind of take from Nomiki Konst, but if this is meant to imply that Sam Seder is an op by association, I have to vehemently disagree.

                            The second point is fair.

Is there a link to his discussion of Lenin? I stopped listening to him a long time ago because he calls himself a progressive and almost never mentions socialism and when he does, he just means more bourgeois government. But has he improved? He was also a Tulsi-stan. I know about him pushing AOC for the M4A vote and generally think it’s pointless but still support him.

Just FYI, Jimmy isn't "pushing AOC for the m4a vote", thats liberal framing to detract from the force the vote campaign. Jimmy made a clip about progressives pressuring Pelosi to get a vote for m4a. Then Mark Pocan, co chair of the progressive caucus, came out and tried to dismiss the idea, and when that didn't work the progressive caucus sent AOC out to bullshit voters, and jimmy made videos debunking both pocan and aoc bs excuses. Libs as always want to make this about identity politics, and "jimmy being mean to a girl".

His video about the 600$ checks and all the bs foreign aid and other bs NGO hand outs

      He says

This is flight of capital, I just read about this

      And waves around lenins book.

I don't know if there is a clip of him actually reading it that might if been a live cast party. I didn't watch this live cast.
