This is generally correct but remove India because it's not cool to put extremely poor and exploited countries that are recovering from colonialism up there even if their current leader is fash.
Plenty of poor, formerly colonized countries where gang rape and the most virulent Islamophobia in the world aren't accepted norms. They've also made inequality and classism into an art.
What you are saying describes a lot of extremely poor countries (although in many of them it isn't islamophobia but some other form of bigotry in place of that), probably more than you think, and it's... Really not the best kind of take since bigotry against Indian immigrants is very prevalent.
the UK just has too damn many things going for it to be bumped from #1. They might not be worst in every single subcategory, but the scale, scope and duration of their combination of failures/disappointments and direct global harm puts them in the lead.
they don't cause as much international harm as the US does, Pax Brittania gave way to the US, that is unless you're talking about combined historical significance and not just the current modern day.
US
UK
France
Israel
Saudi Arabia
India/Germany tie

This is far more accurate.

combined, this is an overall rating
ah ok then I would probably say the UK and the US are tied at this point
