The guy who owns T_D made the first post on great awakening saying he had created them a home. So there’s some affiliation between the communities, even if it’s just that guy.
I think it is the same site. You can go to communities.win/c/thedonald or communities.win/c/greatawakening. Plus, AFAIK there's only one status monitor for communities.win, not ones for each "site".
