Jfc, that thread was rough - is having debate bro brainworms a prerequisite to being a R*dditor? I know the Destiny sub is lower than the bottom of the barrel but that particular pathology is pervasive sitewide IME.
To be fair to the original poster I think they're calling themselves a "reformed chapo" as a tongue in cheek olive branch since they do make the case for socialism throughout. Why they thought posting on the Destiny subreddit was a good use of time is another question though.
