seriously why is it so hard to find good poutine

    Last time I was in Canada I got jerk fish poutine from "Red fish blue fish" in Victoria. Highly recommend if you eat fish, it was easily the best poutine I've ever graced myself with.

        It's better that way. Bake fries, add gravy, bake 5 min to reheat gravy, then add curds and broil for a minute.

        I've had plenty of fancy poutine and most can't cross this bar.

          Gonna try it although an alternate plan is developping here of just buying fries from the fry place and racing home to try and make it

    Listen, the closest poutine place is like, a 9 hour drive from me INTO Canada.

    There are probably closer spots, but i dont trust 'em
