Started reading theory and spent more mental energy than I really have on trying to improve my sleeping habits. Said habits, of course, destroy themselves every time I stop paying attention, so being on a 10 day quarantine means I get to start over again....fuck mornings.
As a side note, why the fuck do we have to be built as a daytime society? If I let myself sleep when and how I want, it's from like 3am-12pm or so. But, work wants me there at 6am so I have to try to go to bed at around 10pm. And god forbid I stay up late on my days off because then I can't sleep when I need to.
