It's almost self-aware. Almost.

Personally, I liked how despite being some libshit, they still called out RBG for her record on Indigenous rights

Libs Sure love their SNL humor...

That part where they implied white supremacists, and annoying twitter kids were two sides of the same coin... :picard:

Think about it; we swim in satire of current events and politics. Even if it weren't doomed to Liburgatory for eternity, the jokes were always going to be ten times slower and shallower than the stuff we're used to here and in our podcasts.

The trailer looked awful. Me and my gf were in the mood for some crappy light watch yesterday (see my post about Space Force lmao) and thought about this but the trailer actively turned me off.

Were it more self aware, it wouldn’t have been the funniest 2020 ever.

Yes it was lib shit. But it was funny and I laughed.

Sorry I still love Charlie Booker. A Touch Of Cloth is one of my favorites ever, it's absurdist as fuck. Chapos will love this bit in particular

He's had lots of hilarious media critique in his News Wipe series (on youtube). It IS however painfully void of good politics, but that's what happens when your politics is unheard of in media :( Of course the 2020 one is very politics heavy so it's harder to ignore the liberalism there.
