Just chill out for now, admins be tripping right now :AC-AnarKitty:

If you on some level are calling, but don’t want help, think about it carefully which part wants and which doesn’t.

Computers can do logic, we’re humans after all:) But one doesn’t depend on the other, if you think being here is not good, but want help, you can inhabit the DMs and not look at strange internet drama.

Not wanting is not an active emotion though, it’s a result of some other active one, maybe think about which one and analyze it?

I can not sit and actively not want something for example, I may detest/hate/be prideful/etc to do or have or receive something, but it’s not “do not want” feeling, but the driving emotion is a different one. Can you sit and think I don’t want this spoon for example?

Nothing, your emotions are your extremely private thing, I’m just suggesting to carefully think about them and understand where this not wanting help thingy comes from. If you understand that emotion, you can then proceed more, eh, informed I guess. Hope you’ll find inner peace, you know.

Hey thanks for trying comrade. I saw you posting in a similar state not too long ago, and its nice to see you showing so much self-awareness and patience. I too struggle with mental health problems, yet have trouble being so unconditionally supportive. It's nice to see a positive example.

Everyone is fucking on one today. Good time to remind ourselves that there's no such thing as too much compassion and comradery. :heart-sickle:

Do you qualify for medicaid? I don't want you to take this the wrong way but i think you need medication. It's not normal for you to feel this way and you dont deserve it.

That’s a shame. I’d suggest going the fibromyalgia route. It might be tough to get the dx but the reality is that you deserve proper health care anyway and it sounds like you’re dealing with a lot. Do they have you on an ssri or a mood stabilizer?

Sounds like you need an adjustment. Depending on your history theyll evaluate you for mood and switch you, or change the brand/dose of the ssri. All this to say, there’s stuff the professionals can do and I’ve seen it firsthand. Don’t deprive yourself of resources you deserve and have been clinically proven to work for many many people.

I appreciate you making an effort and maintaining hope despite past experiences. It shows you’re forward thinking and is a good predictor for change and progress. I’m just a med student but I have firsthand experience with dozens of people who have been in a similar position as you and I’m happy to make myself available to you any time if you have questions about stuff like med management or therapy. Let me know what your doctor thinks about trying something like lithium or depakote. Sometimes people with BPD get misdiagnosed with depression and get put on ssri’s which can make the treatment process longer or more difficult.
