A lot of the protesters in the capital hill have guns as well and there are already reports of gunfire exchange, armed standoff, and they have started pumping tear gas into the building. I also saw a cop in full riot gear hugging one of the demonstrators, it was capitol security rather than a regular cop that did the shooting.
