You never followed up with my referral to you deeper-sadness

Are you still interested? I referred somebody else to 3 jobs and all 3 apps got reviewed by a real recruiter within a few days

Credit union is interesting, I'll check it out 🤔

Apply for provincial and city jobs anyway. The job market is rough right now so I'm not sure that the public sector ones would be more difficult at the moment.

anecdotally: stay away from state and local governments and go with non-profits.

big corporations enjoy a permanent stranglehold over state and local agencies and it's so bad that it's entrenched in perpetuity in all but name to the corporation that charges for the service so you might as well be working for that corporation or else you'll get paid much less and your presence will only serve to help justify that perpetuity.

Not going to be unrealistic in this society and expect something like a medical device since those jobs as few and I'm probably not even qualified

I consider: Adobe (and other art platforms), Indeed positive. Salesforce, productivity software, HR/marketing/sales software neutral

when i tried this i ended up working in government and went back because i realized that i was only enabling big tech to maintain their grip on state agencies.
