It will more than likely as all things be used to bolster law enforcement.
I think they'll use it as an excuse to clamp down on protest and assembly in general. Which will hurt the left more. Expect to see a lot of sit ins and homeless camps declared threats to public order.
Why do you think they're saying it was actually antifa who did it?
Outside of some chud politicians or media personalities, I don't think that many people with a large following think that the left stormed Congress.
That being said, I could see measures being taken against large scale protests, in a "both sides" way that equates the chud coup with Antifa or Black Lives Matter.
I can see them using all of the events of the last year to say that both leftists and radical conservatives have gone too far and that there will be a general crack down on both sides. At least that’ll be how it will be billed. In reality they will mostly target leftists and only do lip service to going after the right wing terrorists.
