"Mere Puffery" It's a silly legal concept, but the general gist is if an Average Joe knows the claim is a bit of BS then the company can get away with it. IE everyone knows Red Bull does not give you wings so Red Bull's claim is not false advertising. Similarly, Gilette is not falsely advertising when it says its "the best a man can get" even though it is likely not the absolute best.
Still the Snickers one is a bit sick as some people likely do believe Snickers does satiate hunger.

Generally speaking, throwing tons of sugar at the problem stops that pesky 'feeling hungry' stuff pretty well, at least for a bit.
