I love this anime. Love the live action musical as well, especially when done as a Chevalier d'Eon/Rose of Versailles/Scarlet Pimpernel (they remade the broadway version for Japan) trilogy

Oh wow, it looks like it's one of those Takarazuka Revue plays. I need to make a mental note to check this out after finishing the TV show.
d'Eon is also an Anime, and a pretty good one.
