Happy for you large adult bb! Friendships where you play DS together and stream Evangelion don't come around everyday so I bet you have something special enough to withstand whatever it was that happened last month. I hope your chest hurts in a good way and i'm sure the time/space probably hurt a lot at the time but might have given both of the necessary time needed to reflect. She is obviously someone you care very deeply for and I bet she's excited to have you back too.

This makes me realize how bad I am at reaching out to people. I miss AIM and setting yourself AS HERE. Everyone’s always online but that just means no need to reach out now... and weeks and months go by.
i'm not a tony hawk's pro social skills haver and i've definitely had to learn the hard way that you gotta put in work to maintain relationships as an adult, and that it's hard, and that it's worth it.
If you haven't yet, tell her you're very happy you're talking again and that she is your friend.
I wish I could say this shit gets easier, but it kind of doesn't. You just learn to handle it better. Good to hear you're talking again.
