I went into used car window shopping thinking they would be discounted due to lack of customers but after browsing for a few weeks I think you're absolutely right about them jacking up prices to compensate. I might have to do the unthinkable and buy new, especially if there are surplus 2020 cars when the 2021's come out. Although a new hybrid wouldn't be in my budget, so I'd have to switch to gas.
