I'm going like 3 times a day. 2 in the morning. 1 after dinner.

I must just be filled with shit.

Has worked for me for about 5 years, before that I'd go even less and and have constipation issues, but this works for me.

Edit: 19, healthy and skinny if anyone wants to try and diagnose me idk why I turned out this way

Never considered it. This doesn't seem to be one of the symptoms of celiac disease but I do have some chestpain and itching lately which Google lists, did you have anything more? Are you better now?

Chronic constipation is definitely a symptom - for some reason the "diarrhea all the time" presentation is the only one I ever heard about before diagnosis though, and it's usually the only one doctors spot. I didn't have any other symptoms until I slowly developed lactose intolerance and painful cramps after eating. I eventually had an episode of constipation so bad that I ended up feverish and in the ER.

After eliminating gluten from my diet I don't have any of these issues any more. I have 1-2 regular bowel movements a day.

Thanks, suspected it could be a more rare symptom. I'll look into it, glad things improved for you

Eat more fiber and if you can, see a physician about it

@ all the people in this thread: If you also have stomach aches relatively often, you might wanna double check you're not lactose intolerant

If I'm pooing more than twice a day I'm worried about my tummy, if I'm not pooing at all in a day I'm worried about my tummy

I'm vegan, so a lot of fiber, but I go regularly twice a day. Once in the morning right after I eat so I can dump out what feels like everything I ate the day before, then once more randomly in the afternoon sometime. It's not uncommon to feel the urge again about an hour after the first morning dump, but I attribute that to alcoholism.

Once or twice a day. If you're in pain a lot/see blood in your stool, I hope you'll consider calling a doc.
