Much like anybody that does actually become a socialist, sounds like they're probably already self-motivated to do that themselves.

Yeah, in my experience with being radicalized, this is the point that the gravity of our correctness takes hold. If someone is seeking answers beyond the typical bullshit, they'll naturally radicalize themselves as long as we continue to just exist as an alternative.

Yeah, but you came to us. That what I mean. As people radicalize because of worsening conditions under capitalism, having leftist spaces is crucial to organizing and directing that energy into the right places. Otherwise it's pointless.

those leftist spaces also have to actually be welcoming to newcomers too. this new site isn't so bad but the reddit cth was just awful to anyone who didn't know all of Das Kapital word for word. It's a pretty common phrase that it's "hard to be a leftist", cus it seems like the main thing leftists like to do is attack other leftists (neolibs don't count, but regular libs shouldn't be the enemy more than neoliberals or conservatives either).

Wasn't talking about specifically chapo chat, primarily local orgs like dsa/psl/fnb. Those places are leauges more important than online forums

kind of? im sort of out of activism now, but I was very much for the cause before I met other lefties, and when I got jaded with that whole scene, I kept going just directly to people in need for a while.

i comment here? but I would still be me in undiluted fascist hell. angrier, maybe. and im not aware of any organizing here.

See my other response, this is just a shitposting forum. I'm talking about spaces for people to go in their communities. Places like here are good for helping people who don't have that and might want to start organizing in a smaller place. I've gotten some good information here (occasionally, through all the memes)
