🦀 🦀 🦀 The solar company I interviewed with is offering me the job, comrades. I thank you for your energy 🦀 🦀 🦀
Congrats on the job, commiserations on the alienation that comes with it.
Congrats dude! I’ve wanted to become a solar tech/eng for a few years now, what kind ofskills do you need?
I think it depends on the exact path you choose. I have an engineering degree and a couple years of experience working for a general contractor doing project administration stuff, but I’ll be starting here as an installer to get my foot in the door. It’s an entry level position and you don’t really need any kind of specialized skills or background in the industry. It seems standard to require an OSHA-10 certification though (which I happened to already have), and they’re going to pay for me to get my apprentice electrical license.
After that I think it’s mostly a matter of on the job training and further certifications. Going the tech route would probably require more electrical experience, a journey level license, and a degree becomes more of a plus the higher up you get.
and the Squad were the ones who executed them :aoc-rashida: :ilhan:
We are both lucky and cursed but there are whole industries about making people appear more feminine. Wear a wig. Millions of women do for many reasons and they are not less feminine for it so why should you be? Make up can cover up a whole lot of old and ugly but age is nothing to be ashamed of embrace your crone she is just as feminine as your maiden. I look like a rugby player in a dress and wig with clown paint on when I am doing my enby thing but I feel like Aphrodite herself and it fills my heart with happiness. So if it's something you genuinely want to express about your self do it and tell all that societial brainwashing in your head to fuck off. Because the cursed side of the beauty industry is it has literally sold us an impossible fiction for even the most natural of beauties to live up too.
spartacists had the best left party name of all time.
i know its romanism but it sounds so sick and makes its aims very obvious.
I was thinking about if I traveled back in time, what would I tell Lenin, but more than anything, I would just give the SDP a book about the Nazi's and yell at them that they caused this by crushing the Spartacists.
I only know he's a Trump guy from listening to Chapo, otherwise I've just seen the commercials
I'm sad that ariel pink turned out to be a chud and a sex pest. His music meant so much to me and always reminds me of when I was young and hopeful. I guess it's kinda perfect to have that taken away...
New job wanted me to use my real, full name to coldcall strangers. Not feeling very excited about doxxing myself.
Maybe be upfront about protecting your identity from wackos and ask if you can use your middle name? I don't know how sympathetic your employer is but if you made up a story about being harassed in the past they might relent.
wouldn't even need to make up a story :sadness: I'm going to bring it up and see what they say
