    Amazing. First the weasel out of doing $2000 checks after running on such. And now a second promise broke, to remove McConnell from leadership.

    I really don't know if I can do 4 years of this. It's exactly what people said it would be.

      It’s a 50-50 split so they have to do this. Not defending the libs...McConnell isn’t leader anymore

          No,the number of committee seats is pre-set and there will be an equal number of Ds and Rs on each committee because there are an equal number of Ds and Rs in the Senate. Stacking the committees would be equivalent to just nullifying the other party’s seats.

          The headline is poorly-worded and clickbaity. Dems are not actually giving any power to the GOP here, it’s a minor clarification of the rules when there’s an equal number of people from each party.
