Nothing lasts anymore, y'know planned obsolescence and whatnot but like seriously where do I buy stuff that lasts, I'm talking everything from clothing to appliances, etc

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism. If you're actively seeking out older and more durable tech instead of contributing to mindless consumption and subsequent waste, you're already doing better than most the population. Don't be bullied for being forced to do business with unethical places - that's just the unavoidable reality for far too many.
