I don't think Bourgeois Electoralism is useless, just hopeless. I know for myself Bernie running exposed me to new ideas that I wouldn't have been exposed to otherwise. I was fully caught in the unthinking lib dynamic like I'm sure many others were as well. Using elections to agitate and radicalize people is cool and good and should absolutely be used more. No, it's not how socialists will come to power. But they can be used as a tool. And from that perspective Bernie's campaign was incredibly useful to me and other baby leftists who are now aware there are other options. Using electoralism to start off the radicalization pipeline is huge.
