even through bernie's a cringe succdem, he still has a special place in my heart :stalin-heart:
I only disagree with his method of compromise with the libs, which might be a tad more effective in actually helping people than my preferred method of unrelenting radicalism. He might not want the revolution, but he will always work for the people.
I see way more people who think praising Bernie makes you a lib than who think criticizing him makes you a reactionary
The fact that his mere existence make libs piss and shit themselves makes him good enough in my book.
Hard to swallow pills for people who started following left politics
in January 2016Even though
Bernie SandersJoseph Stalin has had a somewhat noble career and done admirable work, hi is still, like anyone else, fair game for criticism for bad political decisionsWho gives a shit whether he's "uncorrupted" or "compassionate" HE FAILED, that's all we need to know, his total defeat has given neoliberalism in the United States a second wind, that does not deserve praise or applause
And you shouldn't be forming parasocial bonds with politicians anyway, you weirdos
It's not that he failed, it's that he never really tried, he was always catering to the party first.
He's anti-communist, that's all that matters. But if I wasn't one then I'd probably support him because I'd also be voting Blue No Matter Who. Yikes!
