The longer I live, the more I realize the "Libertarian vs Authoritarian" scale is really just "government or not government?" and its not a useful thing to measure.
The only valid political compass format is “who should own all the stuff” on the x axis with “everyone” on the left and “one person” on the right. The y-axis is “how serious are you about that?” with “very serious” at the top and “eh I don’t really care” at the bottom

On any political compass test it means "genocide or no genocide", I've never seen any sane person get authoritarian left
Even cranks usually aren't unless they are full-on patsoc types
