Ok, so, the NCR sucks, but there's no way it's to the right of the Enclave, and probably not to the right of the USA either. And how are the East Coast Enclave to the left of the Y axis?
Yeah, NCR is closer to OTL USA now. Pre-War USA in the Fallout universe were more mask-off fascists (it's no coincidence that the Enclave are the direct descendants of the government).
Oh yeah, that actually would be a decent spot for the east coast BOS. Instead, they have them significantly further down the Y Axis (the Maxson BOS), which doesn't make any sense.
