    Nobody loves potato nutrients more than me lol

    I prefer skin on, especially in mashed but I’m not allowing a tag to get in there. Also if we are talking mashed, I’ll do skin on almost all potatoes but russet. Leaving the skin on those for mashed just kind of makes a sloppy limp mess in the middle of the potatoes.

    Like I said, it’s contextual but it’s almost always skin on for me.
