            Kellogg was outspoken on his beliefs on race and segregation, though he himself raised several black foster children. In 1906, together with Irving Fisher and Charles Davenport, Kellogg founded the Race Betterment Foundation, which became a major center of the new eugenics movement in America. Kellogg was in favor of racial segregation and believed that immigrants and non-whites would damage the gene pool. :amerikkka:

        My understanding is that while you can elect to get it done in most places, it is not considered "normal" in most places outside the US.

          In France it's basically limited to medical reasons and Jewish kids (and the later shouldn't be legal IMO). I was flabbergasted the first time I found out between 76% and 92% of men in the US are circumcised.
