    How does this make any sense, I mean... what if somebody who made next to nothing in 2019 because they vacationed all year has been working at their $275K/yr job the past year straight?

    Means testing on >1/yr old income is beyond dumb.

        And the 50k cutoff isn't even that high in a lot of areas. Like I've seen dudes in manufacturing jobs making more than that and living in shit apartments because of cost of living.

            its true, i just have a lot of trouble manufacturing sympathy for the causes of all this bullshit. like, yes, bring them with, but they're going to ask to be put in first class and shit, and oh my fuck can we punch them when they say that?

            sorry im not even remotely sober right now. if I make little sense I blame exotic chemistry.
