I don't think the Capitol Hill Riots were orchestrated for this purpose, but the MIC sure knows how to take advantage of such crises. They saw the opportunity to ramp up surveillance rather than just increasing it step by step and they took it.
Just like with everything else. The 'Deep State' doesn't control Trump. It just takes advantage of his incompetence. Now, Biden...that's a different matter.
I'm with you here. But there are some smoking guns that remain a bit unexplained, like Ayana Pressley's panic buttons being removed from her office days before the attack, the friendliness or possibly outright coordination between the police and the stormers. Idk what to make of it exactly. I still don't think it was "orchestrated" but it seems the answer lies somewhere in the middle. Idk.

It works very well for them. They have their military bases, their armaments contracts, their scary external enemy that the people back home can hate instead of them, they control the oil and the shipping routes.
They are ruling the world and getting filthy rich. Who cares if innocent poor people die? Who cares if some Afghan nobody wants to kill a few people because of it, in fact that Afghan is providing material for the empire's propaganda about how evil the enemy is.
It will be interesting (read terrifying) if they use the same extreme tactics at home.
