    If you're doing fast food:

    1. Please, remember that the drive thru has a timer. We are graded on that time. If it is shitty, we hear ALL about it. I can understand wanting to double check your order, but pull away from the window first. Please. Also, if the drive thru person asks you to pull up and wait for your fries or whatever, just do it. Even if there's no one behind you. Trust me. I don't want to have to run outside to deliver your food in the cold/rain/heat any more than you want to have to wait an extra 5 minutes.

    2. Open your damn window. Yes I know it's raining/snowing/cold. Guess what? I'm getting wet/cold, too! I can't hear you if you yell through a crack in your window. I also can't hear your preshhisssss baaaayby ordering from the back seat. If you want to teach your kid to order that's fine. Come inside.

    3. Surveys: Most receipts have a survey code on them somewhere. If you feel generous, do the damn survey and give ALL 5s (or whatever the max score is). Some stores give incentives for surveys, and all of them are graded on them. But, anything less than a perfect score Does Not Count. Like, if we get 5 surveys, and 4/5 give us 100% but the fifth gives us 80%, it doesn't count as 80% for the calculation. It counts as ZERO. It makes our Satisfied rating drop from 100% to 80%. Then we get to hear all about it.
