      I think the idea is that they would find all the problems and loopholes and send it back to be fixed. Idk how it works in the US but that's what a Select Committee report does in the Commonwealth system. I would be very surprised if there wasn't already an equivalent stage in the US process.

    Haha yes having adhd means I'm very good at extremely detail oriented reading of very dry and boring legislative text so that I can understand it in a deep enough way to find loopholes in it haha yes this is how adhd works haha

    Policy as game design:

    Yeah, so I tried to make this jump from the "poverty" area to the entrance of the "middle class" level, but it seems like there's an invisible wall blocking the path. The design of the area makes it seem like it's reachable though. Potentially a bug.
