It sucks that Carano sucks, because Haywire was actually a pretty solid action movie. The Mandalorian never really made use of her fighting skills anyway, though, so I'm sure her series would have sucked.

It was always a high-gloss low-impact production. Kind of a modern day Xena: Warrior Princess. It's clear the got her for the build, but never really invested in her for the stunts.

MMA fighter that got a role in the popular Star Wars show The Mandalorian on Disney Plus. Disney has been wanting to fire her for a while, as over the past year she's posted a lot of anti-mask, stop the steal, transphobic shit on Twitter. On her latest Instagram post she compared the way conservatives are treated in the US today to how Jewish people were treated in Nazi Germany pre-Holocaust so Disney finally had enough and fired her and now chuds are big mad, even though they originally thought she was just more "SJW bullshit" because a show dared to cast a woman instead of a man in an action role.
Also she was a boring actress with a boring character who they should have gotten rid of regardless of her politics

She was fine in the first episode she was in, but every time she came on screen in Season 2 she sapped all energy from the scene. Completely lifeless. You can make the brainless muscle goon interesting, but they didn't.
This. Like...carano is a reactionary and I don't really want to get too much into apologetics or whether or not I think she should have been fired over her posts...but I honestly thought it was just pretty goddamn cool seeing a woman in such a gruff muscular action role where she could still be attractive without being overtly sexual or titilating.
I wonder how many almost identical videos from anti SJW pop culture guys there are called "[MEDIA] gets woke!" or some variation thereof.
