    Protip: make homemade mayonnaise, it's just egg whites, oil, and lemon, then you can season it to taste with stuff like dill or paprika.

        Never heard it with just whites but if you want it to keep from breaking (de-emulsified) you can use yolks and a bit of mustard helps.

        Fun fact tho: Japanese kewpie mayo uses only the yolks and apple code vinegar to make it a sweeter flavor. Its my favorite
