Can someone with more knowledge please tell me, are Dems really that disconnected from what's happening on the ground , is it this place that is doomering, or is the problem not that big in reality. I really struggle with the notion that politicians can be this disconnected from things in this era of massive instant communication. I get it if it was the 1790s but not now. What is going on?
There's like 10 million people in the country that really care about this AND have money to give to Democrats. Doing actual politics pisses off donors or voters. It's part them being in that bubble part them not giving a shit because what are you gonna do, march on the Capitol?
