Tbh I'm thinking Lebanon is 100% experiencing an attempt by Western-backed forces to co-opt the very real rage the people are feeling and turn it into a color revolution.

In Belarus I'm not sure. The main opposition figure seems super lib but her husband was accused by the Belarusian govt of hiring Russian mercs to carry out a coup. Lukashenko essentially plays the west and Russia off each other so both sides kinda hate him but prefer him to a syncophant for the other side. The trend suggests CIA over SVR/GRU but I have no evidence.
