Earnestness is uncool online so anyone who is serious has to be messed with. That's pretty much it. The only thing you're allowed to take seriously is not taking anything seriously.
We have the mutual aid board which is kind of unique. I have been reading mental health threads online since my adolescence. They're everywhere! Every video game forums has one. 4chan has them on every goddamn board. Reddit has a billion of them. Discord and Twitch are probably half drama!
I would have preferred a chaotic aesthetic for internet hackers. Maybe some Pepes and some naughty words. Being mysterious is cringe.
