    I don't actually think Robert Evans is a fed lol. He does have pretty garbage politics though

      Yeah this is my take as well actually. He's not a fed, he's an anarcho :LIB:

      The real issue is that he thinks the machinery of empire can be used to do good, but the machinery is evil, it's not really capable of doing good.
