I can't drink regular starbucks coffee without doing it. They over roast the shit out of those beans and it's always so bitter. Even their medium roasts are a bit much for me.

I remember a couple years back when keto bullshit was bigger they had this crazy ass marked up coffee that would have butter in it to boost your brain or some shit, but a little bit of ghee is a nice weekend treat in coffee
Keto truly was one of the wildest fads. People just drinking raw eggs and butter in their coffee and pretending it tastes good. I don't follow health news much but I read some stuff about the diet potentially being really hard on the heart and something else. That diet has never interested me in the slightest. I'd rather just do two medium sized meals a day personally.
