Deer, at least. Need a lot more doe tags though bc CWD and overpopulation. Also deer meat being donated to food banks is a thing, I know people who do, that's good. Also good bc it doesn't support factory farming.

Obviously reintroducing natural predators is the superior option and should be the goal, but until that has been achieved, we cannot just ignore the current situation (we also can't ignore the fact that humans have been one of those natural predators for thousands of years).
Correct, but the problem is that basically no progress is being made to correct the damage done to the ecosystem. More states should be talking about this, but apparently wolves may be reintroduced there are vast swathes of innocent unprotected sheep so it would threaten farmer's livelihood.
