    This is going to sound asinine but I'm translating from r/PoliticalHumor... Biden's camps are better than how Trump supporters live. That means the camps aren't even camps - they aren't that bad. Plus - the joke is how poor Trump supporters are.


    The r/PoliticalHumor stereotype is that Trumpsters (always male of course) only have half of their teeth and they live with their sister who is also their wife in broken down trailers that double as meth labs.

    The framing "put them back in cages" implies that Trump let them out at some point.

    They were never "back" in cages, they are "still" in cages.
