I'd say Django is better because imo it has a more cohesive and satisfying ending, while Basterds kinda hits a high note then peters out a bit on that high note. Also Inglorious Basterds should have had a different title considering how little the titular squad is actually in the movie and moves the plot, it's mostly about Roshanna and her revenge
