I had kind of a similar experience of mysterious dick concealment when I stayed the night at a tiny ancient hotel in a dying silver mining town. Real Innsmouth in the desert vibes. I fell asleep naked and woke up in shorts. I don't sleepwalk, and never have- my guess is prude ghosts.
