    This is a joke or a bit. But I don't get it. Consumers driving market forces is a thing that free market capitalists love, and saying the consumer holds the power is a liberal belief. But when it comes to useless consumables like Funko pops, there is no consumer driving the market - nobody needs Funko pops - it is the producer making something and then seeing if people buy it.

          The 'posters are workers' thing is as old as leftist Internet forums and I'm tired of seeing it. "Posters are workers and therefore the opinions of posters on the way the site/list/group/channel is run are equally as important as the opinions of those that actually work on and maintain the thing". It's tiresome.
