I haven't seen it but I like the concept, pretty sure I won't like the execution. Like I don't think any musician or just music nerd hasn't thought of pretty much this idea and The Beatles are kind of the most popular band ever and you are going to need the audience to be familiar with the band in question, so I get it. But it doesn't look good

I saw it when it came out. It was a fun movie, but it didn't really go deep into the repercussions that would really happen if the Beatles never existed. It's basically a cute rom-com with a good soundtrack. Not a bad way to spend a couple hours, though.

That's what I sort of gathered, seems cute and kinda harmless. I mean, realistically he'd be basically a Jack White in a present without The Beatles. Like, they were majorly influential but a lot of what they did I'm sure someone else would have if they hadn't, I don't really think music would really be that different except people would be crediting people that aren't The Beatles instead

He has made some real shit. Me and a friend watched his first movie, shallow grave a while back. Paaaainfully bad, like an even shittier reality bites gen x movie mixed with some ham fisted wannabe tarentino. Imo his films that he did with Alex Garland are his only good ones

The scene where he goes to meet a Beatle and its CGI John fucking Lennon and not George Harrison was so weird.
