It's simple when you put it that way but eating disorders make it a lot more complicated than that.

During "binge" days I sometimes eat more than 4000 calories in a day (I actually counted it once), then during other days it's 5pm when I've realised I've only had half a cup of yogurt for breakfast and an energy bar for lunch, if I even ate that day.
The trick is to surround yourself with food and mindlessly consume. Then you gain too much weight and have the opposite problem. :deeper-sadness:
